WHO WE ARE

OUR MISSION

The Green Village Fire Department, a non-profit corporation, exists to serve the residents and visitors of Chatham Township Fire District 1 and designated areas of Harding Township.

The primary function of the Green Village Fire Department is to provide fire suppression, search and rescue, automobile extrication, hazardous materials response, emergency shelter and other public safety functions.

The Green Village Fire Department provides fire prevention and fire safety education.

The Green Village Fire Department's historical function is as the center of the community, a place where neighbors meet, discuss, laugh, play, relax and work for the common good.
