The Green Village Fire Department would like to honor those
who have served their country or community

3' x 5' flags will be erected on the green in Green Village on both Memorial Day and Veteran's Day.
Flags will be marked with the honoree's information at the base of the flag.

If you would like to sponsor a flag in honor of or in memory of someone,
please complete the form below and mail with your check.
The cost for the first year of sponsorship is $50 and $25 for each subsequent year.
